Swindon Skills Bank is a flexible learning partnership between businesses and voluntary organisations, which ultimately benefits the local community.

Local companies offer their employee's business skills freely to assist local voluntary organisations. Each task is a one off and will require from 2 hours to a maximum of 20 hours to complete, with no further commitment.

Voluntary organisations offer businesses the opportunity to enhance the skills and development of their employees. They facilitate experience in communication skills, diversity, interpersonal skills, mentoring, business knowledge, creative/alternative thinking and presentation.
